The Uttar Pradesh Board of Revenue officially launched the groundbreaking Lekhpal Dashboard on Thursday, 18 September 2025, at Sarojini Nagar Tehsil, Lucknow. The programme was inaugurated by Shri Anil Kumar, IAS, Chairman of the Board of Revenue. Senior officials from all tehsils of Lucknow district participated in this historic event.
The Lekhpal Dashboard is an advanced e-Governance initiative aimed at digitizing the work of Lekhpal-level administration. By leveraging technology, the platform ensures faster services, transparent processes, and accountable governance.
Faster Service Delivery – Speed up citizen-related processes and reduce delays.
Transparency in Administration – Citizens can track service status in real time.
Accountability of Officials – Enables performance monitoring at the tehsil level.
Digital Record-Keeping – Minimizes paperwork and streamlines processes.
User-Friendly Interface – Designed for both citizens and government officials.
This initiative is in line with the Chief Minister’s vision of Digital Uttar Pradesh, making governance more people-centric, efficient, and reliable.
The UP Revenue Department required a modern digital platform to handle the scale of operations at the tehsil level. The Lekhpal Dashboard provides a secure, scalable, and efficient system, capable of managing thousands of transactions while ensuring accuracy and speed.
The project was designed and developed by Yogesh Dev Singh, a passionate Software Developer who worked closely with the Board of Revenue to build a solution tailored to administrative needs.
